How We Review Supplements: Our Methodology
How Morucci Global reviews supplements: official sources, ingredient evidence, safety checks, guarantee terms and honest limits. No paid rankings.
Every review on this site follows the same process, so you can judge how much weight to give it.
1. Official information first
We read the manufacturer's official page, label and refund policy, and record the date we checked them. Prices and guarantees change, so we re-check regularly and show the review date on each page.
2. Ingredient evidence
For each named ingredient we look at what independent sources say, starting with the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NCCIH, Office of Dietary Supplements and the relevant institute) and peer-reviewed research. When a formula hides doses in a proprietary blend, we say so, because it limits what anyone can conclude.
3. Safety and interactions
We flag known side effects, drug interactions and groups who should avoid a product or talk to a doctor first, such as people on blood thinners, pregnant women or people with chronic conditions.
4. Realistic expectations
We separate what a supplement may support from what it cannot do. No supplement cures disease, and we never present one as a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment.
5. Complaints and buying risks
We look at the pattern of complaints (shipping, refunds, expectations) and at buying risks such as unauthorized resellers and counterfeit listings.
What we do not do
- We do not publish invented testimonials or fake personal tests.
- We do not accept payment to change a verdict or a ranking.
- We do not give medical advice.
