Steel Flow Pro ingredients, as listed
Steel Flow Pro is sold as a once-daily chewable tablet. Published label information lists 25 mg each of Graminex flower pollen extract (rye pollen), muira puama and saw palmetto, plus a 20 mg proprietary blend (including oregano, grape seed, peppermint, fisetin, silk protein, VinTtrox grape and apple extracts and perilla/luteolin), sweetened with xylitol and sucralose. It is sold through the official website with a 60-day money-back window counted from delivery.
Our expert take
Rye flower pollen extract is the most interesting ingredient: it has been studied for prostate symptoms and chronic prostatitis, with some positive small trials. Saw palmetto, however, did not beat placebo in large trials for urinary symptoms. The main problem is dose: 25 mg per ingredient and a 20 mg blend are small amounts compared with many published studies, and the blend hides individual doses. No published trial has tested the finished formula.
Safety notes
- Avoid if you are allergic to grass or rye pollen.
- Xylitol is toxic to dogs: store tablets out of reach of pets.
- New urinary symptoms, blood in the urine or difficulty urinating need a medical assessment before any supplement.
How to read the label
Compare the amounts on the label with the doses used in published studies; when amounts are hidden in a blend, treat specific benefits as the manufacturer's claims. Saw palmetto may cause mild stomach upset or headache; tell your doctor if you take blood thinners or hormone treatments.
